   • Customer reviews are an integral part of our platform's feedback mechanism. While we encourage authentic and constructive reviews, Zardu PTY reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our community guidelines or are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
5. Payout Timeframe:
   • Vendors agree to a standard payout timeframe of 5 to 10 working days from the date of successful order fulfillment. Any delays beyond this timeframe will be communicated to vendors with reasons provided.
6. Product Representation and Delivery:
   • Vendors are obligated to accurately represent their products, including providing comprehensive descriptions, specifications, and images. They must fulfill orders promptly and deliver products in the condition as described, without any fraudulent, misleading, or omitted information.

User Policies:

1. Review Authenticity:
   • Users are expected to provide honest and unbiased reviews of products they have purchased. Reviews should reflect their genuine experiences and opinions to aid other shoppers in making informed decisions.
2. Accuracy of Information:
